Visit London fact sheets

The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games will mark the third time London has hosted the modern Olympics. It will be a very exciting time for London, Londoners, and visitors to the city.

Tentacle were appointed by Newham Council to design, typeset, artwork and print manage the delivery of 150 packs of 19 individual fact sheets promoting amenities within the borough that will be available for hire during the Olympic Games in 2012 as training facilities, entertainment venues and back office administration and media centres.

The production schedule was incredibly tight, with delivery of the printed packs required in less than a week from receipt of the brief and all the required content, for inclusion in a Visit London promotional pack.

The fact sheets featured a wide range of complex information that needed to be clearly and logically designed and laid out, including venue photos or architects plans, location maps, a list of venue facilities with accompanying graphic icons, as well as general information and guidance on suitable uses.
