Phoenix Housing

Phoenix Community Housing is a not-for-profit resident-led Housing Association in the Bellingham, Whitefoot and Downham area of Lewisham, London.

Phoenix is the first Housing Association in London to use the Community Gateway approach, which empowers tenants and leaseholders to take a central part in decision-making and to become shareholding members. Tenants and leaseholders elected by residents are the largest group on the management board, and also have powers to take local decisions through a structure of neighbourhood and special interest panels.

Tentacle designed and implemented the organisations identity across a range of marketing and promotional materials including a residents and stakeholders newsletter, direct marketing mailouts, exhibition boards and display banners, mugs, t-shirts, pens, pencils, and non-permanent children's transfer tatoos.
