Decent Homes

The Government believes that everyone should have the opportunity to have a decent home. It is aiming to make all council and housing association housing decent and also wants to improve conditions for vulnerable households in privately owned housing, particularly those with children.

Tentacle were approached by Lewisham Council to design and typeset a range of stakeholder communications to inform residents of the process of ensuring that their homes reached the Decent Homes standards set by the government.

Once the overall design style was agreed, Tentacle went on to design a range of newsletters for each of the nine housing areas, as well as posters, direct mail, display and event materials, reports and housing stock transfer documents.
