Agile Intellectual Property

Agile IP is a firm of UK & European Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys with offices in Surrey and Central London.  They work for individuals and companies looking to protect their inventions, trade marks, designs and other original works through Intellectual Property (IP) rights. 

They offer expertise in all areas of IP law and particularly in obtaining and enforcing patents, trade marks, designs and copyright, as well as advising those wishing to avoid conflict with third party IP rights.

Tentacle were given the task of designing an eyecatching and handy corporate brochure for distribution at key events attended by Agile.

Tentacle devised a convenient, pocket / bag sized folder, that opens out to deliver key messages about Agile's business, client relationships and working practices. The right hand side of the folder has a pocket for business cards and contains inserts that can be interchanged to make the pack appropriate for each specific event that Agile attend or for the workshops and talks they undertake as part of their csr strategy. The inserts provide useful information, advice and guidance about the complex issues surrounding intellectual property and the benefits achieved by ensuring it is properly protected.

Building on this successful first project for Agile, Tentacle is now working closely with their management team to define a unique and dynamic brand positioning strategy to drive the business forward through its next phase of development and growth.
